2015-2016 Room Signup Information

If you are in need of housing for spring semester 2016, please contact our Housing Office directly by emailing housing@kennesaw.edu. The request form for housing for summer semester 2016 will be available Mid-March.

2016-2017 Room Signup Update

Thank you for your interest in housing at Kennesaw State University. Due to a minor technical error our Room Signup Process has been slightly delayed. The 2016-17 Housing Application will be available on the following timeline:

January 26, 2016: First-Year Freshman Students - Our Housing Portal will open up at 10:00am for students who will enter as students at KSU for the first time as Freshman in Fall of 2016.

February 2, 2016 – February 16, 2016: Same Bed Renewals - This is the only period where eligible* students currently living in on-campus housing can renew their same beds and be guaranteed to keep the same bed for 2016-2017. The Portal will open up at 10:00am for this period.

February 18, 2016 – February 19, 2016: Pull-In Requests - Students who renewed their same bed for 2016-2017 can pull in preferred roommates who are currently on-campus residents during this period. All students must come to the University Housing Office in Village 6000 to complete this process.

February 29, 2016 – March 15, 2016: Same Campus Renewals - Students currently living in on-campus housing who want to change rooms for 2016-2017 and remain on the same campus can select from available beds during this period. The Portal will open up at 10:00am for this period.

March 24, 2016: Open Sign-Up - Students currently living in on-campus housing who want to change rooms for 2016-2017 and live on a different campus can select from available beds during this period. Also, students who do not live in on-campus housing are eligible to select from available beds during this period. The Portal will open up at 10:00am for this period.

*Not all students living in on-campus housing are eligible to renew their same bed for 2016-2017
