Senior Leadership Team
Dr. Jeff Cooper - Director of Residence Life
As Director, Jeff has responsibility for the co-curricular experience of the on-campus housing program including residential education, leadership development, policy enforcement, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution. Dr. Cooper also serves as an adjunct professor in the University College where he teaches a first-year seminar course in the fall. He is actively involved in national, regional, and state-level associations related to student affairs and student housing such as NASPA, ACUHO-I, and SEAHO.
With over 15 years of experience in the field of student housing and residence life administration, Dr. Cooper has served in many roles within public and private institutions. Prior to joining Kennesaw State, Dr. Cooper served as the Director of Residence Life at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. In 2008, Jeff joined KSU as the Associate Director of Residence Life and was selected as KSU’s second Director of Residence Life in 2010.
Dr. Cooper received a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Georgia, a Master of Education degree in College Student Affairs from the University of South Florida, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University.
Natalie Reckard - Associate Director for Residential Living
Natalie is currently enrolled in a doctoral program at the University of Georgia and she hopes to graduate in May 2017. Natalie's research interest include supervision, staff development and diversity and inclusion. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two fur-children, Sadie and Charley, her family and friends. She likes running and recently completed a marathon.

Justin Koonz - Assistant Director for Operations and Outreach
Justin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University and a Master of Business degree in Managerial Leadership from Piedmont College. This is his 9th year at KSU and he is involved in the SEAHO and ACUHO-I Business Operations conferences. He loves bowling, crossfit, photography and his wife Tonya and daughter Teagan.
Tasha Rogerson - Office Manager
Tasha has worked as an office manager in the residence life department since 2014. She has earned a few diplomas and a degree in Art and Writing. She has lived in, worked in, and visited various places in the United States and Europe. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, arts & crafts, movies, reading and writing books.
Leah Mullins - Business Manager
This is Leah's first year in Residence Life at KSU. Leah has a Bachelor of Art degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Northwest University and a Master of Business degree in Management from California State University, Stanislaus. Leah loves adventuring with her two kids, DIY projects, spontaneous road trips, finding hole-in-the-wall places (restaurants, coffee shops, music venues, etc.) to hang out, and is obsessed with all things coffee.

Allie has a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Quinnipiac University, and a Master of Science in Counselor Education from Mississippi State University. This is her second year at Kennesaw State University. In her free time, she loves kayaking, going to concerts, and playing with her dog, Tackleberry.
Residence Director - Austin Residence Complex Phase I
Jasmine graduated from Kennesaw State University in May of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. This is Jasmine’s first year as a Residence Director. She previously worked for the department for three years as a Resident Assistant. She is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated and Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education. Jasmine is hoping to begin a graduate program in the Fall of 2017. She loves to read romance novels, watch movies, and cook delicious foods.

Trang graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education with concentrations in Science and Language Arts in 2013. This is Trang's 3rd year at KSU. She has a passion for learning with interests in diversity and inclusion work. She enjoys simple pleasures such as reading, leisurely exploring her surroundings, and conversations with kind and bold people. She would consider Georgia her first home and Tornoto her second home.

Brandon has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and English and a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He is the lead advisor of the Residence Hall Association on campus. As an avid food connoisseur, Brandon loves to try all different types of food in the Atlanta area. When he isn't eating he is watching T.V. or running around Marietta.

Judith has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winona State University. This is her second year at KSU. She is currently pursing a Master of Science in First-Year Studies from KSU. She loves advising NRHH, American Chinese cuisine, and spending time with family and friends.

Jake is from Fairbanks, AK. He began working at Kennesaw State University the Fall of 2014 and has recently begun to pursue his Masters of Public Administration here at Kennesaw State University.

Tiffany is in her third year at KSU. She graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Business Administration. She is a member of Delta Zeta sorority and stays involved as an active alum for the Dahlonega chapter. Her favorite hobbies include finding cool coffee places to try, playing with other people's dogs, and visiting the Marietta Square.

Christina has a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology with a Minor in Music and a Master of Education in College Student Personnel Administration from University of West Florida. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Student Affairs Leadership at University of Georgia. This is her 3rd year here at Kennesaw State University and is involved in the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA). She loves watching movies, reading, exploring different eateries, her husband Bence, and fur-baby Astrid.

Sameera joined the Residence Life team during the summer of 2015. Prior to coming to KSU, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Religious Studies from Mercer University and recently began pursuing a Masters in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University. Phillip completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at The University of Alabama, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Sciences, and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration. At his previous institution, he enjoyed being involved in multiple facets of student affairs, such as: residence life, fraternity and sorority life, career services, and student conduct. In his spare time, Phillip enjoys doing outdoorsy activities, attending professional conferences, spending time with friends and family, and being an active member of his fraternity. He is also an animal lover. This is Phillip's first year at KSU and he is excited to be a part of the Owl family.

Katariena Golluscio has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Technology Management from The State University of New York at Delhi. This is her first year at Kennesaw State University. She enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Jalesha is a recent graduate from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Minor in Leadership Studies. As a first year Owl, she is excited about getting involved in Owl Nation to fulfill her dreams as a professional in student affairs. Before KSU, Jalesha was involved in welcome week, orientation, multicultural student life, residence life, and much more in Knoxville at the University of Tennessee. She is obsessed with reality tv, music, go-karts, food, and road trips. Most of her time outside of work is spent with family and friends both far and near.

Reagan is a senior at Kennesaw State University working towards her degree in Graphic Communications with a minor in Marketing. She is very active in Kennesaw State University's chapter of Phi Mu Fraternity as well as KSU Miracle, a philanthropy group on campus benefitting Children's Miracle Network and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
