Maintenance

If you have a maintenance emergency please contact the following office depending on the time of day:

Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm: Please contact the Housing and Residence Life Office at 470-578-5483 or go to a community office

After-Hours and Weekends: Contact your Resident Assistant on Call

 

If you have a maintenance request go to the Housing Portal below and login with your NetID and Password. Click on the “maintenance” tab at the top and follow the instructions to enter a work order.

What is an emergency versus routine work order?

Emergency: Flooding, power outage, fire, etc.
Routine: Light bulb out, garbage disposal not working, thermostat not working, etc.
