Six Awesome Perks of Living On Campus at KSU

1. Safety

Stay safe on campus by downloading the LiveSafe app.

Providing residents with safe and secure living spaces is a priority at KSU. In addition to our dedicated campus police, Housing and Residence Life has paraprofessional and professional staff on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There’s even an app for it!

2. Easy commute

Forget about Atlanta traffic. Heck, you don’t even need a car when you live on campus since everything you need is within steps of your home away from home. The Big Owl Bus also offers convenient routes around and between campuses and even has a route to nearby shopping destinations on weekends. For those times when you need a set of wheels, there is Zipcar!

3. Never have to cook

You never have to cook when you live on campus!

Award-winning food awaits you at KSU. A Meal Plan is included in your housing package, so you can choose to dine in at our award-winning dining halls The Commons or Stingers, or take your favorite foods to go with our Takeout Club. You can also pick food up from one of the many eateries like Chick-fil-A and Panda Express or shop at The Market, our on-campus convenience store.
