Austin Residence Complex

Austin Residence Complex is located on the south side of the Kennesaw Campus. Each apartment comes with a full kitchen, washer/dryer unit, dishwasher, microwave, and full kitchen appliances. They are fully furnished with full size beds in each bedroom.

Phase I of Austin Residence Complex opened in August 2002 and helped transform Kennesaw State University's Kennesaw campus into a residential institution. Phase I is composed of eleven buildings (100–1100) and does not have elevators.

Phase II of Austin Residence Complex opened in August 2012, expanding the community and recognizing the ten-year anniversary of the opening of the original phase. This community includes buildings 1200, 1300, and 1400. In addition, it includes elevator access, a Wi-Fi hotspot in every apartment, a large outdoor amphitheater, and ample outdoor recreation space.
