University Courtyard

University Courtyard are located on the southern part of the Marietta Campus. Each apartment comes with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, full kitchen appliances, and fully furnished living rooms. University Courtyard offers 4-bedroom floor plans with either single or double bedroom options. University Courtyard opened in 2004 and is available to first-year and upper class students.
